Really great set! All the sticks are in great shape and smoke perfectly. Not a bad one in the sampler! 🔥

Well packed cigar, no soft spots. Dark wrapper, few veins. Good draw, good burn. Flavorful, noto very differentiated but nice and balanced with oak, coffee and earthy notes. Surprisingly strong (medium-full) for an H. Upman. Would smoke it again, but won’t buy a box

Good cigar!

A medium smoke with notes of cedar, basic coffee, and some light herbal type spice. Appearance is clean, but the construction feels a little loose. This caused an airy draw with a burn that needed a few corrections.

Pretty smooth and mellow on intensity, profile notes of blended leather and spice. A very subtle hint of chocolate comes through from time to time but not too strong. Slightly tight draw but tolerable.

Probably not the best pairing but it was still good.

Nothing special but always makes for a decent smoke when I’m not sure what I want.

R&J was one of the first cigars I ever had many years ago. Definitely brings back memories of what got me into this hobby in the first place. Definitely worth keeping one or two on hand in the humidor.

This stick burned like a dream. Draw was smooth with a nice chewy smoke. I throughly enjoyed this stick

I love these little beauties! I used to sit on cigarillos but these guys have changed my mind. It’s often the case that if I’m going to smoke in the morning I only have ~30 minutes or so before work. Grabbed a book, a coffee, and prepped myself for the day. Smooth cigar that is creamy all the way through. Thick clouds, peppery finish, nice medium body the whole way.

Nice, smooth Connecticut wrapper, slightly soft foot. Good draw, perfect burn throughout. Mild cigar, flavor notes are coffee, walnut, some spice on the tongue. Slightly harsh on the palate. Leathery notes take over in the second third, the coffee is gone. It remains smooth and balanced until the end, although some bitterness starts appearing that I don’t enjoy too much. The first third ist the best though
